Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients:
For the Cauliflower Bites:
- 1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 1 cup almond flour (or any low-carb flour of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
For the Buffalo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
Prepare Cauliflower Bites:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Cauliflower:
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, discarding the tough stem.
- Create Batter:
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat Cauliflower:
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off, and then coat it in the almond flour mixture. Place the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden and crisp, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Make Buffalo Sauce:
- Mix Buffalo Sauce:
- While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the Buffalo sauce. In a bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder. Adjust the heat level by adding more or less hot sauce.
Toss and Coat:
- Coat Cauliflower with Sauce:
- Once the cauliflower bites are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the cauliflower bites and toss until they are evenly coated.
Serve:
- Serve Hot:
- Transfer the Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites to a serving dish and serve them hot.

- Serve with a side of blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing for dipping.
