Keto Mojito
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 10 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon keto-friendly sweetener (such as erythritol or monk fruit)
- Ice cubes
- Club soda (sugar-free)
- Lime slices for garnish
Instructions:
Muddle Mint:
- Prepare Mint Leaves:
- In a glass, place fresh mint leaves. Ensure the mint leaves are clean and free of any stems.
- Muddle Mint:
- Gently muddle the mint leaves in the glass using a muddler or the back of a spoon. Muddle just enough to release the mint’s aroma without tearing the leaves.
