Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1-2 tablespoons hot water (not boiling)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1-2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (such as erythritol or monk fruit), to taste
- Ice cubes
- Optional: Vanilla extract or sugar-free vanilla syrup for added flavor
Instructions:
Prepare Matcha:
