  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (optional, depending on your preference)

    • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare Baking Sheet:
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Cool:
    • Allow the toasted nuts and seeds to cool completely on the baking sheet.

Assemble Trail Mix:

  1. Add Chocolate and Berries:
    • Once the nuts and seeds are cool, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Add dark chocolate chips, dried berries (if using), chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
  2. Season with Vanilla and Salt:
    • Drizzle vanilla extract over the mixture and sprinkle with sea salt. Toss everything together to combine.
  3. Sweeten (Optional):
    • If you prefer a sweeter trail mix, add keto-friendly sweetener to taste and toss again.
